Take 2-5 tablets before bedtime or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Not to be taken by pregnant or lactating women.
Melatonin content: About 1.25mg per tablet
Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate, Stone Root Powder, Silicon Dioxide and Croscarmellose Sodium.
Lactose-free, Soy-free and Gluten-Free. This product is vegetarian.
